公安院校数据科学与大数据技术课程体系建设研究

摘 要： 文章从大数据时代下公安信息化面临的机遇和挑战出发，结合公安院校人才培养特色及数据科学与大数据技术专业发展实际需求，探讨面向数据科学应用的公安大数据专业课程体系建设方向、教学方案及人才培养模式的构建思路，以期为未来数据科学与大数据技术专业建设及公安院校信息化发展提供思路。

Research on construction of data science and big data technology curriculum system

in public security colleges

Abstract： This paper introduces the opportunities and challenges that public security organs are confronted in the era of big data. According to the practical requirements of data science and big-data technology in police colleges and universities， the construction ideas of public security information application curriculum system is discussed， and the new model is put forward for goal of talent cultivation， education system and application practice system to promote the development of public security information application in police colleges and universities.

0 引言

“大数据”已成为继互联网、物联网之后IT行业又一次大的技术变革[1]，海量的数据增长一方面对现阶段信息存储、数据挖掘、隐私保护等技术提出了挑战，另一方面以大数据为代表的新型应用需求也推动各行各业从以流程控制为核心向以挖掘数据价值为核心转变[2]。2018年教育部公布高校本科新增专业备案和审批结果显示，共有250余所高校新增“数据科学与大数据技术”专业，成为最为热门的新增专业之一[3]，这既表明国家对于大数据产业未来发展持积极态度，也体现出目前行业发展人才缺口较大，专业建设仍处于起步阶段。本文从公安院校学生培养特色和大数据背景下公安信息化应用进程展开，探讨公安院校的大数据课程体系建设和学生培养改革思路，希望能够对未来公安院校数据科学和大数据技术教学改革带来一些帮助和启发。

1 大数据与公安院校数据科学教育探讨
