高校实验教学改革对学生实践能力培养研究

摘 要 实验教学是高校教学工作的重要组成部分，是培养学生实践能力的重要环节。针对高校实验教学工作中存在的问题，借鉴国内外高校先进经验，以提高学生实践能力为出发点，在实验教学内容、教学方法、考核方式、成绩评定、设备使用途径、实验室使用方式以及教师自身能力方面，提出改革方案，为高校实验教学改革工作添砖加瓦。

Abstract Experimental teaching is not only an important part of tea-ching work in Colleges and universities， but also an important link to train students' practical ability. In view of the problems existing in

the experimental teaching of colleges and universities， drawing on

the advanced experience of universities at home and abroad， star-ting from improving the students' practical ability， this paper puts for-

ward the reform plan on the content of experiment teaching， teaching

methods， assessment methods， performance evaluation， equipment use way， laboratory usage and teachers' ability. The purpose is to con-

tribute to the reform of experimental teaching in colleges and univer-

sities.

1 前言

高校实验教学和理论教学一样重要。实验教学可以将理论知识与实际应用结合起来，使学生获得更为全面、直观、深刻的理解与记忆。实验教学与理论教学相比，在综合性、直观性、实践性、探索性、启发性方面更胜一筹。高校实验教学是大学生开展创新性科研的主要渠道，可以激发学生创新思维能力。然而现阶段高校实验教学存在诸多问题，这些问题严重影响实验教学发展，使实验教学无法更好地发挥作用，不能充分适应新形势下对人才培养的需要。高校实验教学改革具有人才培养的前沿性、创新性和挑战性[1]。

各高校在积极探索实验教学改革，形式丰富多彩，从而不断提高实验教学质量。

2 高校实验教学存在的问题

对实验教学重视程度不够 受传统观念的影响，认为实验教学是理论教学的辅助，从校方、教师到学生，总体对实验教学重视程度不够，尤其是学生。在初高中时，部分学校为提高升学率，更注重理论课程，有的甚至占用实验课来上理论课，无形中影响了学生的实验积极性，渐渐养成轻实验的习惯。……
