绿色施工技术在土地整治工程中的应用

摘要 土地综合开发整治过程中会产生大量废弃物，从而产生一系列环境问题，因而实施土地整治工程需要绿色施工技术。本文通过多年的土地整治工程实践经验及查阅相关资料，阐述了绿色施工的概念及土地整治绿色施工的原则，总结了土地整治绿色施工技术，提出了优化的土地整治绿色施工技术，以期为土地整治工程技术的发展提供理论基础和技术参考。

Abstract During the comprehensive development and renovation of land，a large amount of waste will be generated and lead to a series of environmental problems.Therefore，green construction technology are required in the implementation of land renovation projects.Based on many years of practical experiences in land renovation engineering and consulting related materials，the concept of green construction and the principle of green construction of land renovation were expounded，the green construction technology of land renovation was summarized，and an optimized green cons-truction technology for land renovation was proposed in this paper，so as to provide the theoretical basis and technical references for the development of land engineering technology.

绿色施工技术是在保证质量和安全的基础上，利用科学的管理和优化的施工技术，最大限度地节约资源，减少对环境负面影响的施工活动[1-2]。土地整治工程绿色施工技术是将土地整治工程和环境保护有机结合，采取植物措施和工程措施对土地进行防护，是保护环境、减少生态灾害和走可持续发展道路的需要[3-5]。与传统施工相比，绿色施工的建造成本更高，但其能源消耗和对环境的影响更低[6-9]。因此，在我国经济快速发展的道路上，土地整治选择节能、低碳、环保的施工技术势在必行。土地整治中应注重施工过程的每一个环节，有效控制和降低资源消耗与浪费，形成可持续的循环发展模式，达到节能、低碳的相应标准。

1 绿色施工概述

1.1 绿色施工定义

2007年，建设部颁布的《绿色施工导则》中对绿色施工的定义：在保证质量以及安全等最基本的要求前提下，通过科学的管理模式以及先进的技术力量，将资源利用最大化和环境破坏最小化，以达到节能、节地、节水、节材、环境保护（简称“四节一环保”）的施工过程。……
