儿童癫痫临床疗效影响因素及康复观察

【摘 要】目的：分析160例儿童癫痫临床疗效影响因素和康复治疗效果。方法：从我院2014年8月-2017年8月收治癫痫患儿中抽取160例，将其随机分成两组：药物治疗对照组80例， 同种药物治疗辅以康复治疗观察组80例，比对分析两组的治疗结果和影响疗效的因素。结果：影响癫痫患儿治疗效果的因素包括家长文化程度（31.3%）、诊疗意识（30.0%）、按嘱复诊（18.8%）、坚持用药（15.6%）、其他（4.3%）；观察组好转率为95.0%（76/80），高于对照组的82.5%（66/80），有统计差异（P<0.05）。结论：影响癫痫患儿临床疗效的因素比较多，在药物治疗的基础上实施康复治疗能提高治疗结果，改善预后，值得推广。

Abstract Objective： To analyze the influencing factors and rehabilitation effect of 160 children with epilepsy. Methods： 160 cases of epileptic children were selected from our hospital in August -2017 August 2014. They were randomly divided into two groups： 80 cases in the control group and 80 in the observation group of the rehabilitation therapy， compared with the analysis of the results of the two groups and the factors affecting the curative effect. Results： the factors affecting the treatment effect of children with epilepsy included parents' educational level （31.3%）， diagnosis and treatment consciousness （30%）， repeated visits by will （18.8%）， persistent medication （15.6%）， and other （4.3%）， and 95% （76/80） in the observation group， higher than that of the control group （66/80）， and there were statistical differences （P<0.05）. Conclusion： there are many factors that affect the clinical efficacy of epileptic children. Rehabilitation therapy can improve the outcome and improve prognosis.

癫痫（epilepsy）即俗称的“羊角风”或“羊癫风”，是大脑神经元突发性异常放电，导致短暂的大脑功能障碍的一种慢性疾病。癫痫是临床上的一种多发性神经系统疾病，以运动、感觉、认知、情感障碍等为主要表现，若病发后不给予及时、有效的治疗，将造成严重后果。据中国最新流行病学资料显示，国内癫痫的总体患病率为7.0‰，年发病率为28.8/ 10 万，1年内有发作的活动性癫痫患病率为4.6‰。据此估计中国约有900万左右的癫痫患者，其中500～600万是活动性癫痫患者，同时每年新增加癫痫患者约40万，在中国癫痫已经成为神经科仅次于头痛的第二大常见病。近年来，随着医疗水平的提高，开始将康复治疗用于癫痫患儿治疗中，经临床观察能取得一定成效，同时在观察中发现癫痫患儿的治疗也存在诸多影响临床疗效的因素[1]，基于此，本文将我院2014年8月-2017年8月收治160例癫痫患儿资料汇总如下，旨在判定康复治疗效果和影响临床疗效的因素。……
