氯沙坦钾片联合肾炎康复片治疗慢性肾炎综合征蛋白尿的临床疗效分析

【摘 要】目的：分析氯沙坦钾片联合肾炎康复片治疗慢性肾炎综合征蛋白尿的临床疗效。方法：将2018年1月-2019年1月期间在我院进行治疗的慢性肾炎综合征蛋白尿患者纳入试验对象100例，按照随机分组方式将试验对象分为对照组和试验组，每组50例。给予对照组患者氯沙坦钾片治疗，给予试验组患者氯沙坦钾片联合肾炎康复片治疗，观察两组患者蛋白尿相关指标改善情况、治疗有效情况以及不良反应发生情况。结果：试验组患者蛋白尿相关指标改善情况和治疗有效情况均优于对照组，P<0.05;两组患者不良反应发生率无统计学意义，P>0.05。结论：氯沙坦钾片联合肾炎康复片治疗慢性肾炎综合征蛋白尿，具有较好的临床疗效，有利于降低患者尿蛋白定量、肌酐，从而提高治疗有效率，有利于提升患者满意程度，值得在临床上推广和实践。

Clinical efficacy analysis of losartan potassium tablets combined with shenyan kangfu tablets in the treatment of chronic nephritis syndrome proteinuria

Abstract： .objective： to analyze the clinical efficacy of losartan potassium tablets combined with shenyan kangfu tablets in the treatment of chronic nephritis syndrome proteinuria. Methods：100patients with chronic nephritis syndrome with proteinuria who were treated in our hospital from January2018to January2019were included in the study. Subjects were randomly divided into control group and experimental group，with50patients in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with losartan potassium tablets，and patients in the experimental group were treated with losartan potassium tablets combined with nephritis rehabilitation tablets. The improvement of proteinuria related indicators，effective treatment and adverse reactions in the two groups were observed. Results： the improvement of proteinuria related indexes in the experimental group and the effectiveness of treatment were better than those in the control group （P <0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was not statistically significant （P >0.05）. Conclusion： losartan potassium tablets combined with shenyan kangfu tablets for the treatment of chronic nephritis syndrome proteinuria，has a good clinical effect，is conducive to reduce the amount of urine protein，creatinine content，so as to improve the effective rate of treatment，is conducive to improve the degree of satisfaction of patients，worthy of clinical promotion and practice.

慢性肾炎综合征是较为常见的肾脏疾病，其具有治疗难度大、治疗周期长、不良反应发生率高等特点。根据临床报告可知，慢性肾炎综合征是由多种因素造成肾小球病变引起的，对患者日常生活和工作造成很大程度的消极影响。蛋白尿为慢性肾炎综合征主要的临床表现，会加重患者肾小管的损伤和肾小球的硬化程度。如何采取有效治疗方式减少蛋白尿，是治疗慢性肾炎综合征的关键环节。本文主要分析氯沙坦钾片联合肾炎康复片治疗慢性肾炎综合征蛋白尿的临床疗效，并汇报如下。……
