新时代高职院校医学生理想信念教育的困境与应对

摘  要：党中央、国务院高度重视新时代职业教育，高职医学院校承担着为新时代医药卫生事业伟大复兴培养人才的重任，理想信念教育是新时代高职医学院校思想政治教育工作的重要内容。针对当前高职院校医学生理想信念教育面临的诸多困境，提出通过加强教育者之间的相互合作，提高高职院校医学生的思维能力，推动教育载体应用创新，三个角度开展新时代高职院校医学生理想信念教育，增强理想信念教育的实效性。

Abstract： The Party Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to vocational education in the new era.  Higher vocational medical college undertakes the responsibility of educating talents for the great rejuvenation of medical and health career in new era， and ideal and conviction education is the main content for the ideological and political education work of higher medical college in new era. Faced with various difficulties， the ideal and conviction education for higher vocational medical college students in new era should be developed from the following three perspectives so that the efficiency of that can be advanced， such as the cooperation between educators should be strengthened， the thinking ability of students should be improved， and the application innovation of education carriers should be promoted.

新時代背景下，国务院印发《国家职业教育改革实施方案》，提出完善职业教育、深化办学体制改革和育人机制改革的要求和目标，重点部署面向教育现代化的战略任务。同时，党中央、国务院高度重视大学生理想信念教育，强调新形势下高校思想政治教育工作要把理想信念教育放在首位。新时代寄予青年新的希望，对承担新时代我国医疗卫生事业伟大复兴重任的当代青年医学生，尤其是面临众多发展困境的高职院校医学生来讲，无论是从自身发展还是从国家的前途命运乃至全人类文明发展的角度看，他们的理想信念教育都是新时代必须关注的重点问题。

一、新时代医学生理想信念教育的内涵
