推进高职院校治理体系和治理能力现代化

摘  要：教育是国之大计，职业教育作为不同类型的教育，在服务国家重大发展战略和地方经济社会发展中发挥着愈加凸显的作用。落实立德树人根本任务，推进高职院校治理体系和治理能力现代化，既是落实中央和教育部关于职业教育改革的客观需要，也是解决高职院校深层次矛盾的现实要求。全面把握高职院校治理体系和治理能力现代化的衡量标准，建立健全高职院校治理体系，创新提升高职院校治理能力，才是有效提升高职院校治理水平的突破所在。

Abstract： Education is the national plan and the party's plan. As different types of education， vocational education plays an increasingly prominent role in serving major national development strategies and local economic and social development. Carrying out the fundamental task of establishing morals and promoting the modernization of the governance system and governance capability of higher vocational colleges is not only an objective requirement for the reform of vocational education by the Central Government and the Ministry of Education， but also a practical requirement for resolving deep-seated contradictions in vocational colleges. Improving the governance level of vocational colleges is to comprehensively grasp the measurement standards of the governance system and the modernization of governance capabilities of vocational colleges， establish and improve the governance system of vocational colleges， and innovate and improve the governance capabilities of vocational colleges.

教育是國之大计，党之大计。职业教育作为不同类型的教育，在服务国家重大发展战略和地方经济社会发展中发挥着愈加凸显的作用。党的十九届四中全会审议通过了《中共中央关于坚持和完善中国特色社会主义制度、推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化若干重大问题的决定》，为建立健全高职院校立德树人根本任务的落实机制提供了根本遵循。宁夏党委十二届十次全会审议通过了《中共宁夏回族自治区委员会关于完善基层治理体系提高基层治理能力的若干意见》，为加快推进高职院校治理职责更加清晰、治理体系更加健全、治理能力不断提升明确了施工蓝图、指明了努力的方向。
