农科类专业校外实践教学质量评价现状及对策

摘要    在新时代实施卓越农林人才教育培养计划2.0背景下，校外实践教学是培养复合应用型人才的重要环节，提高实践教学质量是创新农林人才培养模式和深化农科教协同育人的迫切需要。本文分析了校外实践教学质量考核评价现状，并提出了规范校外实践教学质量管理、严格规范实践教学监控过程管理、明确主体和责任、完善考核评价机制、构建实践教学质量考核评价体系等对策，以期为提高校外实践教学质量提供参考。

Abstract    Under the background of implementing the excellent agricultural and forestry talent education and training plan 2.0 in the new era，practical teaching outside school is an important link in training compound and applied talents，improving the quality of practical teaching is an urgent need to innovate the training model of agricultural and forestry talents and deepen the cooperative education of agricultural science and education. The paper analyzed the status of assessment and evaluation of practical teaching outside school quality，put forward measures such as standardizing the quality management of practical teaching outside school，strictly regulating the management of the practical teaching monitoring process，clarifying the subject and responsibility，improving the evaluation mechanism，and constructing the evaluation system of practical teaching quality，in order to provide references for improving the quality of practical teaching outside school.

教學质量是高等教育的生命线，建立健全符合高等教育规律、科学有效的质量评价体系，是保证人才培养质量的关键环节之一[1]。校外实践教学是高等教育教学的重要环节，可以培养学生专业操作技能、扩展知识视野与见识、提高实践能力、培养吃苦精神、体验职业精神和企业文化、培养学生解决问题的能力，是理论教学的有益补充，是影响教学质量的关键所在[2]。因此，总结和分析校外实践教学质量考核评价现状、探索农学类专业校外实践教学质量评价改进措施，是农学类专业校外实践教学质量改革的重点和难点，对提高农学类专业本科人才实践教学质量具有重要的现实意义。
