“互联网+”教育时代背景下的高职体育教学改革研究

摘  要：随着科技的高速发展，互联网已成为人们生活中必不可少的一部分。而“互联网+”则是在互聯网信息交接的基础上，与传统行业相结合，创新发展，开拓出一种新型的合作模式。“互联网+”衍生出社会经济发展的新形态，使得传统行业绽放出不同的光彩，而当“互联网+”与传统的教育行业相结合，将为我国的教育事业注入一股新的活力，我国面临的教育方式比较单调的问题也会不攻自破。本文通过分析“互联网+”与高职体育教学所带来的作用，以及提出一些在课堂上该如何将“互联网+”进行到底的有效举措，旨在为高职体育教学注入新活力，提出发展方向，使未来的高职体育教学更上一层楼。

Abstract： With the rapid development of science and technology， the internet has become an indispensable part of people's life. On the other hand， "internet plus" is based on the transfer of Internet information， combined with traditional industries， innovated and developed， and developed a new mode of cooperation. "internet plus" has given rise to a new form of social and economic development， making the traditional industries shine with different brilliance. When "internet plus" is combined with the traditional education industry， it will inject a new vitality into China's education cause， and the problem of monotonous education methods faced by China will also be solved. This paper analyzes the role of "internet plus" and higher vocational physical education， and puts forward some effective measures on how to carry out "internet plus" in the classroom， aiming at injecting new vitality into higher vocational physical education， proposing the development direction and making the future higher vocational physical education by going up one flight of stairs.

1  “互联网+”的基本含义

“互联网+”是在互联网技术的基础上不断创新，通过无数实践，衍生出来的一种新的经济社会发展新形态。“互联网+”为各个行业提供了广阔的发展平台，它利用自身超前的信息通信技术，在传统行业的基础上相互融会贯通，为各个行业提供了广阔的前景。当传统的教学与“互联网+”相互碰撞，师生相互摸索，打破了时间与空间上限制的壁垒，不仅得到了更多信息资源上的机会，还增加了师生相互交流的平台，使得学生不由自主地深入思考，创造能力增强，促进师生双方的共同进步。
