探析高校游泳教学课程中存在的问题及解决对策

摘  要：近年来，我国的普通高校素质教育改革有了进一步提升，传统的应试教育模式已经得到了全面性的改进，素质教育变成我国新时期高等教育的核心教育模式。在素质教育改革的整体背景下，游泳课程渗透到我国高校教育的课程设置中，从现阶段游泳课程的设置进行分析，高校游泳教学还处于初级阶段，还需要不断完善，在问题中找到针对性的解决方法并得以更好的落实，本文就高校游泳教学课程中存在的问题及解决对策进行分析和讨论。

Abstract： In recent years， the reform of quality-oriented education in China's ordinary universities has been further improved， and the traditional exam-oriented education model has been comprehensively improved. Quality-oriented education has become the core education model of China's higher education in the new era. Under the overall background of quality-oriented education reform， swimming courses have penetrated into the curriculum setting of college education in China. Based on the analysis of the current swimming curriculum setting， swimming teaching in colleges and universities is still in the initial stage and needs to be constantly improved to find targeted solutions to problems and better implementation. This paper analyzes and discusses the problems existing in swimming teaching courses in colleges and universities and the solutions.

在普通高校课程的教学中，游泳课程一直都受到广大师生的关注，游泳课程的设置是新时代我国高校素质教育背景下的全新课程内容，游泳运动也是广大师生能够强身健体的一项体育锻炼方式。游泳课程的教学同其他体育课程的教学模式有十分的不同，游泳课程的教学需要在水下完成，正因为这样的原因，导致游泳课一直不能全面地渗透到高校体育教育课程中。

1  高校游泳课程教学存在的问题

1.1 高校方面

從高校层面对游泳课程的教学分析，首先，我国高校在游泳课程的教学认识存在明显的弊端，教师只是单纯将游泳课程看做一项竞技体育运动，并不是体育锻炼的一种方式，这样的教学误区就会使得教师只是从游泳的速度方面对学生进行日常教学，忽视了学生健身的因素及能力方面的培养[1]。……
