新疆高校多民族“嵌入式”体育教学的实现途径

摘  要：高校是体育文化传播的高地，“嵌入式”教学是促进各民族交流交往交融的最有效的形式之一，有必要对此问题进行深入研究，通过运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等，提出新疆高校应从健全教学运行机制、推动教学方案建设、加强体育师资建设、教学资源与方法创新、深化教师之间的交流与合作等多民族“嵌入式”体育教学的实现途径。

Abstract： University is the highland of sports culture communication， embedded teaching is one of the most effective forms to promote the communication and integration of various nationalities， it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on this issue. Through the use of Literature，expert interviews， logical analysis， etc. It is suggested that Xinjiang colleges and universities should perfect the operating mechanism of teaching，promote the construction of teaching plan， strengthen the construction of pe teachers， innovate teaching resources and methods， and deepen the communication and cooperation among teachers.

1  健全教学运行机制

体育教师参与多民族“嵌入式”体育教学建设，都必须是要建立健全的教学运行机制的基础上开展，体育教师参与多民族“嵌入式”体育教学的正当性和可行性才具备，否则只是流于口号。当前，很多高校领导虽然认识到了其中的重要性，但是由于学校实际情况等多种原因，真正得到支持的、落实到机制的管理办法并不多见。对此，学校相关领导、体育工作部直属领导要充分的认识到学校在多民族“嵌入式”——体育教学实现中的重要性，这是体育教学发展的客观需要。当然，多民族“嵌入式”体育教学建设的实现需要涉及一系列的资金、项目、管理等各层面的内容。因此，强化制度建设，就非常必要了。学校需要依托于一种有效的体制机制才能够得到落实。例如：学校需要从上级主管部门的要求、领导小组的构建、工作流程的制定等，这一切都要紧紧围绕着多民族“嵌入式”体育教学的实现的实际需要出发，以促使多民族“嵌入式”体育教学建设工作规范化的顺利进行。……
