浅谈如何提高学生中考排球正面双手垫球水平的策略分析

摘  要：排球教学在初中体育教学中占有一定的比例，同时也是中考的考试项目之一。对于体育课程中的排球教学来说，教师首先应让学生掌握的知识技能，便是垫球技术。在正式探究垫球技术的运用之前，教师需要對垫球这一动作形成一定的了解，形成自己的理论教学基础。而对于排球垫球技术教学来说，它虽然动作比较简单，但是因为球的移动范围比较大，所以在实际的学习过程中，学生掌握并不是很容易。因此，本文将立足初中体育排球课程教学现状的基础上，对如何提高学生中考排球正面双手垫球水平的策略展开分析。

Abstract： Volleyball teaching occupies a certain proportion in junior high school physical education， and it is also one of the examination items in the middle school entrance examination. For the volleyball teaching in the physical education course， the most important knowledge and skills that teachers let students master is the technology of mat ball. Before formally exploring the application of the technique， teachers need to form a certain understanding of the movement of the mat and form their own theoretical teaching basis. As for the volleyball technique teaching， although its action is relatively simple， but because the ball's moving range is relatively large， so in the actual learning process， it is not easy for students to master. Therefore， based on the current situation of junior high school physical education volleyball teaching， this paper will analyze how to improve the level of the students' two hand volleyball in the middle school entrance examination.

对于学生切实掌握垫球动作，能够在实际的比赛、考试过程中，掌握好各种接发球、接扣球、接拦回球等相对来说比较困难的球，对于整场排球比赛的有效组织和展开，都有十分重要的意义和作用。除此之外，对于排球学习来说，垫球技术是最为基础的技术动作，也是在排球考核中，最关键的考核内容之一。因此，教师在进行课堂教学活动的时候，需要重视让学生进行垫球技术的学习。因此，本文将结合初中体育排球课程教学现状中的相关教学内容，对如何提高学生中考排球正面双手垫球水平的策略展开分析。
