论述加强企业成本管理的对策

【摘  要】加强成本管理是企业适应经济新常态发展的必然要求，尤其是在当前环境下，企业所面临的市场竞争日益激烈，企业的利润空间越来越低，因此，强化成本控制尤为重要。论文结合多年工作实践，以加强企业成本管理的重要性作为切入口，具体阐述企业成本管理所存在的问题，最后通过深入剖析这些问题提出相应的解决对策，以此提升企业的经济效益。

【Abstract】Strengthening cost management is an inevitable requirement for enterprises to adapt to the new normal economic development， especially in the current environment， enterprises are facing increasingly fierce market competition and lower and lower profit space. Therefore， it is particularly important to strengthen cost control. Based on many years of work practice， this paper takes the importance of strengthening enterprise cost management as the entry point， elaborates the problems existing in enterprise cost management in detail， and finally puts forward the corresponding solutions through in-depth analysis of these problems， so as to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.

1 引言

成本管理主要是采取系统的措施对生产经营中所发生的各项成本费用进行调整和规范，以此保证其按照既定的成本控制标准发展。随着我国经济新常态的发展，尤其是在新疫情的影响下，企业的销售面临巨大的挑战，而人工费用、材料费用以及场地费用都会给企业的发展带来巨大的影响，因此，在当前环境下优化成本管理工作成为企业发展的重要举措。立足于工作实践阐述优化企业成本管理的具体对策。

2 加强企业成本管理的重要性

随着我国市场经济竞争日益激烈，企业所面临的市场环境日益复杂，尤其是在新疫情的影响下，企业的销售量呈现快速下降的趋势。以汽车销售为例，中汽协数据显示，2020年2月，国内共销售汽车31万辆，同环比分别下滑79.1%和83.9%。其中，A级车2月共销售5.7万辆，同比下降85.27%，环比下降88.17%。销售量的降低增加了企业的经营难度，甚至会造成企业出现亏损，因此，面对当前形势压力，企业加强成本管理工作具有重要的意义：首先，加强成本管理是提升企业经济效益的重要途径。……
