新时代企业信息工作及其队伍建设

摘 要：新时代信息工作在企业发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用，而高水平信息工作队伍建设已经成为企业进行科学决策和实现高质量发展的关键，为了进一步推动和促进企业信息工作和其队伍建设，文中重点围绕对其重要意义的阐述、对其特点和相关问题的分析、对加强相关工作的建议等方面展开研究。首先，从保障企业科学决策、高效运行以及文化创新3个方面，阐述了新时代做好企业信息工作的重要性。其次，通过分析新时代信息工作的特点，提出了信息工作者及其团队必须具备的发现信息、获取信息、处理信息、提炼信息的基本素质和能力;最后，探討了影响企业信息工作队伍建设的关键问题，给出了领导高度重视、引进培养并举、创新体制机制、建设一流平台的企业高水平信息工作队伍建设途径。

Abstract：In the new era，information work plays an increasingly important role in the development of enterprises，and the construction of high-level information workforce has become the key to scientific decision-making and high-quality development of enterprises.In order to make promotions on the both，this paper focuses on the importance of information work and construction of high-level information workforce，analyzes the features and relevant questions，and gives suggestions for strengthening related work.First of all，from three aspects of ensuring scientific decision-making，efficient operation and cultural innovation of enterprises，the importance of doing a good job in enterprise information work in the new era is expounded.Secondly，by analyzing the characteristics of information work in the new era，the paper put forward the basic qualities and abilities that information workers and their teams must have in discovering，obtaining，processing and extracting information.Finally，the key problems affecting the construction of enterprise information work team are discussed，and the way to build a high-level enterprise information work team given.

随着新一轮科技革命和中国制造2025的深入实施，我国经济社会发展进入到了一个崭新的信息化时代，信息数量巨大、形态各异，无时不在，无处不用，信息已经成为政治、经济和社会发展的不可或缺的极其重要的软资源[1]，更是现代企业科学决策和高质量发展的重要前提和成败关键。因此，研究企业信息工作，充分认识信息工作的重要性，深入探讨加强企业信息工作及其队伍建设的关键问题，对于创新信息工作的新模式，构建信息工作的新体系，完善信息工作的新机制，打造信息工作的新平台，扎扎实实做好信息工作，全面提升企业信息工作水平具有极其重要的意义[2]。……
