施工企业风险控制问题研究

摘要：近年来，随着国家经济的转型升级及工程行业整体发展环境的改变，使得施工企业面临的经营管理风险越来越多，且影响越来越大。面对持续增加的风险因素和不断增加的发展压力，各施工企业纷纷从风险控制的角度出发探索构建相应的风险控制策略体系，通过为不同风险因素制定相应的风险控制措施来提高企业整体的风险控制力，确保企业能够度过发展难关。然而，施工企业流程的特殊性和施工环境的复杂性决定了风险控制必然存在新的挑战和困难，需要企业对风险控制问题进行针对性、精细化的研究。文章结合当前施工企业发展的实际情况，就施工企业面临的主要风险类型，风险控制中面临的挑战，以及风险控制的具体策略进行分析研究，为施工企业实施有效的风险控制提供建议参考。

Abstract： In recent years， with the transformation and upgrading of the national economy and changes in the overall development environment of the engineering industry， construction companies are facing more and more operational management risks， and the impact is getting greater. Faced with the increasing risk factors and increasing development pressure， construction enterprises have explored and constructed the corresponding risk control strategy system from the perspective of risk control， and developed corresponding risk control measures for different risk factors to improve the overall risk control ability of the enterprise， so as to ensure that the enterprise can survive the development difficulties. However， the particularity of construction enterprise process and the complexity of construction environment determine that there are new challenges and difficulties in risk control， which requires enterprises to carry out targeted and meticulous research on risk control. Based on the actual development situation of construction enterprises， the article analyzes and studies the main risks faced by construction enterprises， the challenges faced by risk control， and the specific strategies of risk control to provide suggestions for construction enterprises to implement effective risk control.

0  引言

施工企业作为工程项目建设的主体单位，在完善配套设施建设、助力经济社会发展方面的发挥着基础性的作用。然而，作为独立的市场经济主体，施工企业在自主经营的过程中会受到来自内外部各种不确定性风险的影响，进而出现发展方面的波动，甚至出现破产重组的情况。例如：受此次新冠肺炎疫情的冲击，部分中小型施工企业因为项目停滞等原因遭受了较大的经济损失，经营状况举步维艰。基于此，施工企业除了要努力争取外部资源的倾斜外，更多地需要从自身的经营状况出发，积极掌握和防范可能发生的各种风险，通过有效的风险控制来保证经营的稳定性、持续性。……
