建筑工程竣工结算阶段存在的问题解决策略研究

摘要：随着社会的快速发展，我国的建筑行业也步入了发展的快车道，不管是建筑工程的种类，还是建筑工程的数量，都达到了前所未有的高度。在建筑工程造价管控中包含有一项重要的内容，即建筑工程价款的结算。在实践中，工程造价工作会受到很多因素的影响，因此，这就需要在整个建筑项目工程中重视每一项工作，将每个部分的工作落实好、把控好，特别是竣工结算工作，不仅要严格依照行业操作的标准规范，而且要在国家法律法规的框架下严肃实施，最大限度保证建筑工程竣工结算的真实性和有效性。

Abstract： With the rapid development of society， China's construction industry has also stepped into the fast lane of development， regardless of the type of construction projects， or the number of construction projects， have reached an unprecedented height. There is an important content in the construction project cost control， that is， the settlement of construction project cost. In practice， the project cost work will be affected by many factors. Therefore， it is necessary to pay attention to every work in the whole construction project， implement and control the work of each part， especially the completion settlement work should not only be strictly in accordance with the industry operation standards and specifications， but also be seriously implemented under the framework of national laws and regulations， so as to ensure the authenticity and effectiveness of construction project completion settlement to the maximum extent.

0  引言

建筑工程项目竣工结算时期，也就是工程建设进入尾声的时候，建筑工程项目的已经基本完工，实际的施工效果已经显现出来了，可以对投资的结果进行全面的、深层次的考核。随着社会的发展，建筑施工技术手段不断娴熟，施工速度也被不断的提高，伴随着建筑行业市场体制的改革和市场竞争的日益激烈，企业的经济利润空间呈现不断下降的趋势，企业要想获得一定的利润，维持生存和发展，就需要加强建筑施工阶段的工程造价管控。在实际的工程竣工结算阶段，工程造价的工作量很大，容易出现错误，因此，企业一定要采取有效措施，进一步提升竣工结算阶段工程造价管理的效率和质量，促进企业的正常发展。
