新形势下建筑经济成本管理中的常见问题及提升措施

摘要：当前，我国社会经济的发展仍十分迅猛，而这其中的建筑行业更是保持着高速增长，其对整个国民经济的作用尤为突出。但是，建筑行业快速发展的同时其自身存在的弊端也逐渐被暴露出来，其中最为突出的就是建筑经济成本管理问题。这些问题不仅会影响到建筑企业的经济利益，还会影响到其自身的市场占有率，进而对建筑企业的长远发展产生一定的阻碍，这就需要建筑企业结合实际情况，制定出新的建筑经济成本管理提升措施。

Abstract： At present， China's social and economic development is still very rapid， and the construction industry among them has maintained rapid growth， and its role in the entire national economy is particularly prominent. However， while the construction industry is developing rapidly， its own shortcomings are gradually exposed， the most prominent of which is the problem of construction economic cost management. These problems will not only affect the economic interests of construction enterprises， but also affect their own market share， which will hinder the long-term development of construction enterprises. Therefore， construction enterprises should formulate new measures to improve the management of construction economic cost in combination with the actual situation.

0  引言

对于建筑企业而言，建筑经济成本管理是其自身发展过程中的重要工作环节，而这一工作能够在建筑企业的发展中起到积极作用。建筑经济成本管理工作有效开展，能够使建筑企业在保证质量和工期的前提下，降低工程建设成本，提升企业经济效益和市场占有率。因此，相关建筑企业需要加强对建筑经济成本管理的重视，并采用多种合理的方式提高经济成本管理工作的效率。
