水利工程技术资料收集整编及档案管理

摘要：随着水利工程项目的增多，人们越来越重视对水利工程技术资料收集整编，以及相关档案的管理。然而，在实际操作中，由于工作人员的专业能力水平、综合素质较低，水利工程技术资料的整理和编制工作经常无法落实到位，基于此，本文主要以水利工程技术资料收集整编为研究对象，分析档案管理的现状，针对性地提出相应的解决措施。

Abstract： With the increase of water conservancy projects， people pay more and more attention to the collection and compilation of water conservancy engineering technical data and the management of relevant archives. However， in the actual operation， due to the low professional ability and comprehensive quality of the staff， the collation and compilation of technical data of water conservancy projects can not be carried out in place. Based on this， this paper mainly takes the collection and compilation of technical data of water conservancy projects as the research object， analyzes the current situation of file management， and puts forward corresponding solutions.

0  引言

众所周知，水利工程在我国的经济发展中发挥着举足轻重的作用。水利工程技术资料需要整合、收集整个项目信息，主要包括施工单位的信息、水利施工技术资料以及项目的相关信息资料等等，并进行归档。这不仅有利于整个水利工程项目的顺利进行，还能够帮助保存相关的资料，有助于项目后期的维护，另外，档案管理能够为其它的项目提供参考。笔者将根据自身的工作经历，结合湖南涔天河水库扩建工程灌区工程档案管理实践，其工程基本情况是我国172项重大水利工程之一，湖南省一号水利工程，为大（Ⅱ）型工程。设计灌溉面积111.46万亩，涉及永州市江华、江永、道县、宁远四县，新建干渠240km、支渠170km，渡槽86处，倒虹吸45处，隧洞84条，总投资40.18亿元，灌区工程于2015年10月开工，建成后将成为湖南省最大灌区，目前已完成工程建设投资的80%。为了更加发挥水利工程技术资料收集整编及档案管理作用，基于此本文主要研究水利工程技术资料收集整编及档案管理问题，为相关的工作人员提供一些帮助。……
