浅谈疫情对医疗业个股回报率的实证分析

摘要：随着经济发展和国家政策支持变动，中国的经济结构、制造业产出规模以及所处的全球价值链位置也与以前大不相同。本次疫情作为突发性公共卫生事件，阻隔了医疗产业研发、生产、加工、运输、销售等各个环节，必将使得企业的生产成本、预期收益、公司价值等产生大幅度的波动，也会直接影响A股市场投资者的预期回报率。如果资本市场是有效的，疫情事件会被反映在医疗业板块的个股股价中。本文在数据呈现和理论逻辑分析的基础上，提出假设并利用事件研究法和回归分析法的实证研究方法得出结论。

Abstract： With economic development and changes in national policy support， China's economic structure， manufacturing output scale， and global value chain position are also very different from before. This epidemic is a sudden public health event that blocks the R&D， production， processing， transportation， and sales of the medical industry. It will inevitably cause large fluctuations in the company's production costs， expected earnings， company value， etc.， and will directly affect the expected return of investors in the A-share market. If the capital market is effective， the epidemic will be reflected in the stock prices of individual stocks in the medical sector. Based on data presentation and theoretical logic analysis， this paper proposes hypotheses and draws conclusions using empirical research methods of event research and regression analysis.

1  研究背景和方法

2020年第一季度，疫情在全国乃至全球范围内传播开来，是百年不遇的突发性公共卫生事件。毫无疑问，这次疫情将对我国的社会经济产生巨大而深远的影响。

截至2020年2月24日，由于全世界范围内的病例增多，股票市场也随之产生较大波动。美国股指平均下跌超过3%。道琼斯指数收盘下跌3.35%，纳斯达克指数下跌3.71%，标普500指数下跌3.35%[1]。上证指数于2020年2月4日跌至2685点后，又持续上涨，后又由于境外疫情显出失控之势，国际股市和国内股市均大跌[2]。

反观医疗板块却呈现显著上涨的态势，以鲁抗医药为首的典型抗流感板块股票多支涨停。从疫情在全国大范围爆发开始，疫情相关股票持续大涨，各子版块联动明显，抗流感、抗病毒、生物医药、抗生素、疫苗研制、口罩等领域均普涨[3]。……
