研究建筑工程外墙保温技术及施工

摘要：随着我国社会的不断进步，人们的生活水平与质量得到了前所未有的提升，为了能够更好地满足人民群众生产生活的实际需求，提高现有的生活质量，社会各界人士逐渐加大了对建筑外部保温材料的重视程度，使得我国的外墙保温施工技术得到了极大的改善。在我国当前的社会背景下，外墙保温技术提升迅速，令建筑的质量实现了全新的突破。同时，我国当前时期面临着严重的能源压力，为了能够更好地缓解能源问题带来的压迫，便不断诞生出各种全新的建造技术，并将其运用到各个工程之中，而外墙保温技术作为主要的建筑施工形式，可以从建设阶段有效节约能源，为此，建筑行业应当充分挖掘外墙保温技术的潜能，提高此项技术的应用水准，普及并推广各项环保技术。但是，由于受到自然环境与技术手段的限制，使得外墙保温技术仍然面临着诸多的问题与挑战，特别是在提升科研技术的过程中，各种问题层出不穷，使得建筑出现了或多或少的缺陷，不仅严重影响了外墙保温建设工作的顺利开展，还对人民的经济财产造成了极大的损失。本文就外墙保温技术进行简要分析，并探讨具体提升施工效率的相关方案[1]。

Abstract： With the continuous progress of our society， people's living standards and quality have been unprecedentedly improved. In order to better meet the actual needs of people's production and life and improve the existing quality of life， people from all walks of life gradually increase the degree of attention to building external insulation materials， which makes the construction technology of external wall thermal insulation in China greatly improved. In China's current social background， the rapid improvement of external wall insulation technology， so that the quality of buildings to achieve a new breakthrough. At the same time， China is facing severe energy pressure in the current period. In order to better alleviate the pressure of energy problems， a variety of new construction technologies have been born and applied to various projects. As the main construction form， external wall insulation technology can effectively save energy from the construction stage. Therefore， the construction industry should fully tap the potential of external wall insulation technology， improve the application level of this technology， and popularize various environmental protection technologies. However， due to the limitations of the natural environment and technical means， the external wall insulation technology still faces many problems and challenges， especially in the process of upgrading scientific research technology， various problems emerged endlessly， making the building appear more or less defects， which not only seriously affects the smooth development of external wall insulation construction， but also causes great losses to the people's economic property. This paper makes a brief analysis on the external wall insulation technology， and discusses the specific scheme to improve the construction efficiency.
