Abstract： With the increase of special equipment quantity and the inspection workload， the conflict between the number of inspectors and the number of special equipment is increasingly obvious. Under the requirements of laws and regulations， it is necessary to ensure reliability of the inspection and improve work efficiency if the existing inspection work method is to be changed. The birth of 5G and blockchain technologies brings us a new perspective. 5G features wider mobile broadband， higher reliability， lower latency and larger connectivity. Blockchain integrates distributed data storage， point-to-point transmission， consensus mechanism， encryption algorithm， and establishes a new trust mechanism and operation system. Wearable computers improve portability of ordinary computers. Their combination greatly improves the transparency of the inspection work， reduces risk in use， improves the efficiency， and enhances the portability， which can satisfy the current needs of special equipment inspection.
