电子招投标系统在建筑工程招标投标的应用

摘要：目前我国建筑工程建设过程中主要采取的是招投标的方式来进行，但是随着建筑工程的发展，传统招投标方式表现出了一定的局限性，例如效率低下、信息传递不及时等。随着近些年网络信息技术的快速发展，电子招投标系统逐渐完善并且获得了各方广泛的认可，所以建筑企业要积极提升对电子招投标系统的应用，通过电子招投标系统的应用提升招投标的规范性，能够为工程建设打下坚实基础。

Abstract： At present， the bidding method is mainly adopted in the construction of China's construction projects， but with the development of construction projects， the traditional bidding methods have shown certain limitations， such as low efficiency and untimely information transmission. With the rapid development of network information technology in recent years， the electronic bidding system has gradually improved and has been widely recognized by all parties. Therefore， construction companies should actively improve the application of the electronic bidding system and improve the bidding standardization through the application of the electronic bidding system to lay a solid foundation for project construction.

0  引言

电子招投标系统的核心在于通过信息网络技术对于招投标业务实施优化整合，对于整个流程进行持续优化，通过网络实时操作在线招投标以及监察等相应业务。通过电子招投标系统的应用能够使得招投标管理更加的规范和高效，同时形成非常好的经济性。将电子招投标平台运用到建筑项目领域，能够推动建筑工程招投标向着更加健康、稳定的方向发展，对于促进建筑行业发展具有实际意义。

1  传统招投标存在的问题分析

我国建筑工程采取招投标的方式已经经历了多年，虽然对于建筑工程发展具有较好的推动作用，但是传统招投标还是存在某些问题，对于建筑工程的进一步发展有所限制。

第一，缺少足够的透明度。传统招投标体系中常常会受到人为因素影响，造成招投标工作缺少足夠的透明度，招投标双方信息并不对称，很难实现真正公平、公正、公开的招投标工作;第二，缺少有效的监督。……
