“非遗”传承背景下大学体育蹴球课程的困境与对策

摘  要：运用文献资料法、实地调查法和逻辑分析法等，以南阳师范学院开设的大学体育蹴球课程为例，分析当前高校体育非物质文化遗产类校本课程开展中存在的问题。认为认识需要提升、政策支撑不足、准备工作繁重、基本条件薄弱、可持续发展难度大等是当前大学体育蹴球课程存在的主要问题。从不断认识提升、完善政策供给、重视准备工作、跟踪课程问题、形成长效机制等方面提出未来高校开设体育非物质文化遗产类校本课程的针对性解决方案。

The predicament and Countermeasures of CuQiu college sports course under the background of "intangible cultural heritage"

Abstract： Using the methods of literature， field investigation and logical analysis， etc. This paper taking the CuQiu course of Nanyang Normal University as an example， analyzes the problems existing in the current school-based courses of intangible cultural heritage in Colleges and universities. It is considered that the main problems of the current university sports CuQiu course are the need to improve understanding， the lack of policy support， the heavy preparatory work， the weak basic conditions and the difficulty of sustainable development. From the aspects of continuous understanding and improvement of policy supply， emphasis on preparatory work， follow-up of curriculum problems， and formation of long-term mechanism， this paper puts forward the solutions for colleges and universities to open school-based curriculum of sports intangible cultural heritage.

1  大學体育蹴球课程的实施背景

中共中央、国务院在《关于实施中华优秀传统文化传承发展工程的意见》中明确了体育等非物质文化遗产的传承意义和时代价值，也规定了高校在传统文化传承方面的责任和义务[1]。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010—2020）》等文件提出“实行国家、地方和学校三级课程管理”对深化学校综合改革和校本课程开发提出的明确要求。人们普遍认为，学校教育是传承非物质文化遗产的最有效途径，学校应担负起传承非物质文化遗产的历史使命[2]。《中华人民共和国非物质文化遗产法》第三十四条规定：“教育部门和各级各类学校要逐步将优秀的、体现民族精神与民间特色的非物质文化遗产内容编入有关教材，开展教学活动[3]”。我国体育非物质文化遗产从“无”到有、从散乱到体系、从缓慢到快速，走出了一条独特的传承保护之路，正逐渐形成中国模式[4]，其中学校教育传承占据重要位置。……
