汽车企业智能制造发展现状及需求研究

摘   要：针对当前汽车企业智能制造发展不均衡、路线不明确、需求不统一等相关问题，在分析汽车企业智能制造整体发展现状的基础上，从整体、设计、生产、服务不同环节，挖掘了轻型汽车企业、重型商用车企业、零部件企业智能制造发展中存在的主要問题，并从不同环节对汽车企业智能制造转型升级的迫切需求进行了梳理，对促进汽车行业智能制造产学研交流与合作具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract： Based on the analysis of the overall development status of Intelligent Manufacturing in automobile enterprises， the main problems in the development of Intelligent Manufacturing in light automobile enterprises， heavy commercial vehicle enterprises and parts enterprises are explored from the aspects of the whole， design， production and service.The urgent needs of intelligent manufacturing transformation and upgrading of automobile enterprises are sorted out from different aspects， which has important guiding significance for promoting the exchange and cooperation of intelligent manufacturing industry， learning and research in automobile industry.

汽车产业作为国民经济的重要支柱，是推动新一轮科技革命和产业革命的重要力量，是我国建设制造强国的重要支撑。汽车产业具有涉及面广、影响范围大、产业链条长、复杂程度高等主要特征，国家高度重视汽车行业智能制造的落地应用，希望汽车行业能够作为离散工业智能制造的标杆与突破口，推进智能制造技术创新、标准制定、基础能力建设和集成应用等发展，进而引领和带动我国制造业整体智能化转型升级的发展进程。

目前汽车行业智能制造的相关研究还较为有限，相关专家与学者主要从智能制造整体架构搭建、案例分析两个方面探索当前汽车企业智能制造的发展路径，以期能够为行业从业者提供相关指导建议。
