“MOOC+翻转课堂”的多元化教学模式研究与实践

摘  要： 随着“MOOC+翻转课堂”模式的兴起，各中职学校都在抓住这一新型教学平台，深化翻转课堂的理念，创新传统的教学体系，将翻转课堂落实在教学实践中。实施“MOOC+翻转课堂”教学模式，通过实践我们发现在此模式下，学生的学习兴趣与学习效率都得到了提高，培养了学生的自主学习能力。随着“互联网+教育”的持续推进，多元化教学模式得到更广泛的推广，我们要在实践中继续探究，在接下来的教学中，要继续完善落实“MOOC+翻转课堂”的多元化教学模式，将激发学生的学习兴趣放在重点位置，强化实践教学，不断创新教学方法，提高中职教学水平，为社会发展培养优秀的高质量的人才。

【Abstract】： With rise of “MOOC + flipped classroom” mode， all secondary vocational schools are deepening concept of flipped classroom based on the new teaching platform， innovating traditional teaching system， and implementing flipped classroom in teaching practice. Practice found “MOOC + flipped classroom” teaching mode could improve interest in learning and learning efficiency of students， and cultivate their autonomous learning ability. With continuous promotion of “Internet plus education”， diversified teaching model has been promoted widely. We should continue to explore it in practice. During future teaching， it is necessary to improve MOOC+ diversified teaching mode， stimulate learning interest of students essentially， strengthen practical teaching， innovate teaching methods and improve teaching level of secondary vocational school， to develop and train outstanding high-quality talents for society.

0  引言

在互联网蓬勃发展的今天，“互联网+教育”也出现在大众视野中，这种模式在学校教育中开始普及。各中职学校也在抓住这样的机遇与挑战，开展各种网络课程。学堂云这一慕课平台就是由青华大学研发的，在各大学校受到一致好评与推广。

1  “MOOC+转课堂”的概念

MOOC快速发展，翻转课堂教学模式在全国普遍械推崇。所谓“MOOC+翻转课堂”的多元化教学模式，就是利用慕课为学生学习提供优秀的资源，是区别于传统教学模式的新的多元化的教学模式。其特点在于对所要进行的知识传授和内化进行颠倒。……
