不动产登记中房产测绘的应用探讨

摘 要：随着房地产行业的迅速发展，导致房产测绘更加严格。在信息技术带动下，将其引用不动产登记的房产测绘中，以便当地政府整体了解和掌握不动产有关信息数据，推动不动产登记的稳定，有利于房产测绘工作提供便利和帮助。因此，作者结合自身实践经验，重点阐述不动产登记中房产测绘的应用，以便为从业人士提供参考价值。

Discussion on the Application of Real Estate Surveying and Mapping in Real Estate Registration

Abstract：With the rapid development of the real estate industry， the real estate mapping is more strict. Driven by information technology， it can be used in real estate surveying and mapping of real estate registration so that the local government can understand and master the information and data related to real estate as a whole， promote the stability of real estate registration， and facilitate and help the real estate surveying and mapping work. Therefore， the author focuses on the application of real estate surveying and mapping in real estate registration in order to provide reference value for practitioners.

1.1房产测绘

1.1.1房产测绘含义

房产测绘在实际中是对建筑物每个楼层和户型进行整体测绘，为不动产登记工作提供诸多帮助和便利，促进房产测绘在不動产登记中发挥关键作用。相关人员在对房地产利用合适测绘技术，准确了解和掌握房产位置、构造等数据信息。由于房产测绘自身不仅具有广泛使用区域，还会产生很多相关问题。所以，工作人员在对房产进行测绘过程中，必须借助房产测绘信息合理构建相应建筑模式，为住户提供方便的同时，还能准确地了解房产测绘信息。与此同时，要想优化房产测绘工作质量和效率，要求工作人员在对房产测绘前，掌握被检测用户权利和时间，获取明确认可权利，在确保房产具有合法性的同时，还要遵守有关规范制度才能实行房产测绘工作[1]。
