施工企业构建财务共享中心的优劣分析及优化策略

摘 要：现代企业的快速发展，很多管理者也开始认识到加强财务管理的重要性，此管理工作也是经济活动中的重要组成部分，是否做到位直接关乎自身经济利润的高度，同时也可以带动其他经济活动发展。而相关数据表明，部分企业在构建财务共享中心过程中面临着一些问题，这些问题主要体现在优势和劣势上，需要及时采取应对措施去处理。所以，该文也针对这两大方面展开详细的分析，对财务共享中心的概念及特征进行了探讨，针对不足之处提出几点优化对策，希望能够切实提高企业财务管理水平，让其朝着更好的方向可持续发展，最重要的是能够为后续经济活动发展奠定基础，也能够成为同行业中的佼佼者。

Abstract： With the rapid development of modern enterprises， many managers have also begun to realize the importance of strengthening financial management. This management work is also an important part of economic activities. Whether it is in place is directly related to the height of their own economic profits， and can also drive other Economic activity development. Relevant data shows that some companies are facing some problems in the process of building a financial sharing center. These problems are mainly reflected in their strengths and weaknesses and need to be dealt with in a timely manner. 1  企业构建财务共享中心的概念及特征

建筑施工企業行业发展的现状是建设单位支付工程款的速度慢、比例小，这会对建筑行业资金回笼产生影响，现状企业的发展。……
