基于互联网+图书馆思维的图书馆服务平台构建分析

摘  要：互联网+是当前一种全新的思维模式，它主要是通过互联网与社会各领域行业的深度融合，利用互联网的功能及资源优势去实现传统行业的创新发展。在这样的背景下，为突破图书馆传统服务平台的局限性，满足广大读者用户对图书馆的最新服务需求，互联网+图书馆思维也因此应运而生，为当前图书馆服务朝着信息化、智慧化的方向发展奠定了一定基础。

Abstract： The current Internet + is a new mode of thinking， it mainly refers to the deep integration of the Internet and various sectors of the society， the use of the Internet's functions and resource advantages to achieve the innovation and development of traditional industries. In this context， in order to break through the limitations of traditional library service platform and meet the needs of readers for modern library service， the thinking of Internet + library has emerged at this moment， laying a foundation for the development of the current library towards the direction of information and wisdom.

如今处于一个信息化高速发展的时代，各种高新技术的广泛运用推动了社会众多行业的转型发展。在这样的环境背景下，越来越多的行业试图通过不断探索改进来改变传统的经营管理模式，借助互联网思维积极地完善自身的业务流程和服务手段，以此更好地满足当前社会、环境以及用户的需求。“互联网+”是现代信息化技术发展过程中出现的一种新形式， 这种新形式重点强调的是信息技术的复合型应用。它是传统行业和信息产业的完美融合[1]。知识传播是图书馆的基本职能，在科学技术不断革新的今天，图书馆也应跟紧时代发展的步伐，积极地引入互联网+图书馆的思维模式，构建新的图书馆服务平台，重新界定图书馆的服务理念，提高图书馆的服务质量和水平，实现图书馆的完美转型发展。同时，在不断发展的过程中注入新的活力和汲取現代元素，融合一定范围的技术、信息以及管理资源，达到促进图书馆事业的可持续发展[2]。……
