中西医结合治疗新冠肺炎临床研究的Meta分析

摘要：目的 基于Meta分析系统评价中西医结合治疗新冠肺炎的临床效果。方法 通过Cochrane library、Embase、PubMed、中国生物医学文献数据库、知网、中国期刊全文数据库、万方、维普等数据库，搜索中西医结合治疗新冠肺炎临床效果的随机对照试验文献，确定搜索年限。对所搜索的文献进行质量评价（Jadad质量评分），并使用Stata软件对文献数据进行Meta分析。结果 Meta分析显示，各研究间不存在临床异质性和统计学异质性（I2=27%，P=0.23），选用固定效应模型合并效应量。观察组临床治愈率明显高于对照组[OR=3.63，95% CI（2.01，6.56），P<0.0001]。以临床治愈率为效应指标的9篇文献差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05），提示无发表偏倚。结论 中西医结合治疗新冠肺炎效果较好，能明显提高对新冠肺炎治疗的治愈率，值得临床应用及推广。

A Meta Analysis of Clinical Research on Combined Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine in Treatment of Covid-19

【abstract】Aim To evaluate the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine in treating new Covid-19 based on Meta analysis.Methods By Cochrane library、Embase、PubMed、 the CMB， CNKI， CBM， WanFang Data， VIP and other databases， search the clinical effect of TCM and western medicine in the treatment of Covid-19 randomized controlled trial literature， determine the search years. The quality of the searched literature was evaluated （Jadad quality score）， and the Stata software was used to analyze the literature data Meta.Results Meta analysis showed no clinical and statistical heterogeneity （I） among the studies2=27， P=0.23）， the fixed effect model was used to combine the effect quantity. The clinical cure rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group [OR=3.6395% CI（2.01，6.56），POR=0.0001]. All 9 articles with clinical cure rate as effect index were not statistically significant （P >0.05）， indicating no publication bias.Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of Covid-19 is effective， can significantly improve the cure rate of  Covid-19， worthy of clinical application and promotion.

2019年12月以來，湖北武汉出现了大量新型冠状病毒肺炎（coronavirus disease 2019，COVID-19）患者，且疫情发展迅速，不仅蔓延至全国，也向世界各国蔓延开来，造成众多患者死亡，至今COVID-19疫情仍然在持续发展，威胁全世界人民的健康安全[1-2]。COVID-19是一种新疾病，目前临床上尚无特效治疗，西医主要通过对症支持治疗改善患者免疫能力，达到治愈的目的[3]。近年来随着中医的发展，中医在治疗各疾病中起到至关重要的作用。中医治疗疫病已有上千年的历史，对疫病的病因、病机和辩证治疗均有深入研究[4]。在2003年非典型肺炎期间，中药在治疗疫情时起到巨大作用，因此在COVID-19爆发的期间，中西医结合治疗一直是临床医师关注的重点[5]。……
