酿酒工程专业生物化学混合式课程线下教学改革与实践

摘要为了提高酿酒专业学生的学习兴趣与应用能力，构建课程思政，落实教书育人的主体责任，针对工科院校生物化学混合式课程线下教学方案的不足，围绕“突出专业特色，激发学生学习兴趣，融入思政润物无声”这一宗旨，改革现有教学方案，优化基本理论教学内容，突出专业特色。在适当的环节让不同专业背景的老师联系生产实践经验给学生做报告并开展说课交流；在实验教学上精心设计，引入具有实际应用背景而又简单易行的实验；在立德树人课程思政方面，挖掘素材潜移默化影响学生。通过不断的教学实践以期有效激發学生学习兴趣、培养科学素养、提高实际应用能力，使学生通过课程学习，达到知识扎实、能力卓越、品质优良的培养要求。

Teaching Reform and Practice under Blended Curriculum of Biochemistry in Wine-Making Engineering

AbstractIn order to improve the learning interest and application ability of the students majoring in wine making， aiming at curriculum ideological and political education， and focusing on the purpose of "highlighting the professional characteristics andstimulatingthestudents’learninginterest"，theexistingteachingschemewasreformed，thebasictheory teaching content was optimized， and the professional characteristics were highlighted. In the appropriate links， teachers with different professional backgrounds should contact the production practice experience to give reports to students and carry out the exchange of lecture. In the experiment teaching， the experiment with practical application background and easy operation is introduced. In the curriculum ideological and political education， biochemistry course obtained more development vitality and the charm of establishing morality and cultivating talents. Through continuous teaching practice in order to effectively stimulate students’ interest in learning， cultivate scientific literacy， improve practical application ability， so that students can achieve solid knowledge， excellent ability， and good quality training requirements.

生物化学是酿酒工程专业的主干课程之一，其课程目标要求通过对基本理论、基本知识和基本技能的学习，为后续其他基础课程和酿酒工程核心课程的开展奠定基础。[1]近些年来兴起的线上线下混合式教学促进了生物化学教学改革的极大发展，线下的见面课作为线上教学的延续是激发学生学习兴趣的重要环节，也对学生进行课堂思政教育的重要窗口。[2]然而，由于学生自身基础情况差异，学习动机等因素，对日常教学工作提出了一定的挑战。[3]因此，酿酒专业生物化学课程线下教学活动中往往存在：对学生学习需求与学生兴趣分析不充分、线下师生互动不足且效果不明显、专业学习与思政内容不能有机结合等情况，因此使得酿酒工程专业生物化学线下教学方案急需进行改革。……
