建构主义视角下高校管理学教育教改思路探讨

摘要本文基于我国高校管理学教育中存在的不足，结合建构主义学习理论，提出管理学教育改革方向：创新教学理念、加强理论与实践相结合、发扬传统优秀管理思想、坚持以学生为核心的教育模式，并给出具体的改革措施，推动我国高校管理学教育高质量可持续性发展。

On the Teaching Reform of University Management Education from the Perspective of Constructivism

AbstractBased on the shortcomings in management education in my country’s universities，combined with constructivist learning theory， this article proposes the direction of management education reform： innovative teaching concepts， strengthening the combination of theory and practice， carrying forward traditional excellent management ideas， and insisting on student-centered education models. At the end of the article， specific reform measures are given to promote the high-quality and sustainable development of management education in my country’s universities.

隨着我国经济的高质量、可持续性蓬勃发展，社会需要更多高水平的管理人才。2020年，全国约22万人报考MBA，4.2万人被录取，每年毕业生约4万人，而MBA人才每年需求达到9.5万人。就河南而言，2020年河南省仅有10所高校培养大约1200人MBA毕业学员，而河南企业数约为100万家，意味着每年每1000家企业才能争取到1个MBA学员充实岗位。对懂管理的人才需求非常大，我国高校管理学教育也必须跟随时代潮流不断开拓进取。本文首先对我国高校目前管理学教育过程中存在的不足作出分析，然后基于建构主义学习理论，提出相应的改进意见。

1高校管理学教育现状与存在的问题

我国管理学教育事业已经经过了30年的发展，在这期间为社会发展输送了大量高水平优秀人才，为我国社会的不断进步提供了强有力的智力支持。同时，在其日益发展壮大的过程中，也暴露出一些不容忽视的问题，如没有独立、完善的教学体系，管理实践活动中存在“唯书本主义”思想，教学内容不够丰富以及培养理念不足以满足社会发展需求等。……
