高职家庭经济困难学生心理特征、困境与提升策略研究

摘要高职家庭经济困难学生心理帮扶，是高职院校开展资助工作普遍缺失但又极端重要的一环。本项目以实证研究的方式，以高职院校家庭经济困难学生为研究对象，取得有效问卷496份，访谈材料5份，通过数据分析得出高职家庭经济困难学生心理特征和面临的心理困境，进而提出对策和建议：（1）构建家庭经济困难学生心理成长档案体系；（2）促进物质资助体系与心理帮扶体系联动发力；（3）构建精准识别、精准施助、跟踪反馈、动态调整的资助工作新体系；（4）强化对资助工作的成效考核；（5）构建“四+四”家庭经济困难学生心理提升工作体系。

AbstractPsychologicalsupportforstudentsfromeconomicallydisadvantaged familiesinhighervocationalcollegesisan extremely important part of the funding work in higher vocational colleges. This project takes the students with financial difficulties in Higher Vocational Colleges as the research object by the way of empirical research， and obtains 496 valid questionnairesand5interviewmaterials.Throughdataanalysis，itobtainsthepsychologicalcharacteristicsandpsychological difficulties of students with financial difficulties in higher vocational colleges， and then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions. 1. Build the archives system of psychological growth of students from poor families； 2. Promote the linkage between material aid system and psychological aid system； 3. Build a new funding system with accurate identification， accurate assistance， tracking feedback and dynamic adjustment； 4. Strengthen the effectiveness assessment of the funding work； 5. Build the "four + four" work system of psychological improvement for students from poor families.

1問题的提出

做好高职院校家庭经济困难学生资助工作，是高职院校改革发展过程中面临的突出问题。当前，我国已经建立了“奖、助、贷、勤、补、减、免”多位一体的资助工作体系，并形成了一整套完备的配套制度，然而在实际工作中，高职院校普遍存在重物资帮助、轻心理帮扶的现象，资助工作片面追求短平快，忽视家庭经济困难学生心理特征进而针对性开展心理帮扶的现象依然存在，这与国家精准扶贫、扶贫也要扶志、扶智的理念是相违背的。因此，对高职院校家庭经济困难学生的心理进行研究就显得尤为迫切和需要。

2国内外研究情况

中国知网以“高职院校家庭经济困难学生心理”为篇名进行检索，近5年相关文献共72篇，综述如下：
