MOOC视域下的高校心理健康课程优化路径

摘要高校心理健康教育课程历经数十年的发展，从无到有，不断完善，在促进我国大学生心理发展，提升心理素质，健全人格品质方面，发挥着极其重要的作用。互联网大数据时代，面对学生多元且个性化的学习要求，如何利用MOOC等新型教学媒介，增强学生的学习积极性，提高课堂参与度，强化高校心理健康教育教学水平，是从事心理健康教育教学工作的教师急需思考的问题。MOOC视域下的高校心理健康课程优化路径拟从教学内容开发、授课模式改革、教学结果反馈三方面入手，以增强学生自主学习的内驱力和课堂参与度为目标，最终实现大学生心理素质的全面提升。

The Optimization Path of College Mental Health Curriculum from the Perspective of MOOC

大学生心理健康教育教学环节是高校开展思政工作，促进学生心理素質发展的重要组成部分。当前，我国高校心理健康教育工作的开展形式主要集中于课程教学、心理咨询、团体辅导等方式。如何普及、深化心理健康教育教学，有效解决大学生心理问题，健全心理品质，完善课程设置、重视课堂教学是主渠道。[1]互联网大数据时代，面对学生多元且个性化的认知需要，心理教育工作者因不断探索如何在有限的教育资源基础上，借助移动学习平台，采用学生喜闻乐见的教学模式，开展行之有效的教学，达到学生掌握知识技能，树立健康意识，预防心理问题，实现健康成长的目的。
