职业教育校企合作中的问题与促进措施探讨

摘要现阶段，随着社会经济的发展，对于人才的需求发生明显变化，应用型、技能型人才的需求越来越大，在此背景下，职业教育开始受到广泛关注，我国政府也不断加大扶持职业教育发展的力度。职业教育的人才培养模式要求学生不仅要具备一定的理论知识基础，同时也要具备实践技能，这样才能更为契合社会用人需求，并且也能帮助学生实现更好的就业。从现阶段职业教育发展的情况来看，校企合作是目前职业院校培养应用型、技能型人才的主要途径，通过校企双方共同参与，可以更好的把握市场用人需求，从而培养出企业所需人才，实现职业院校、企业以及学生三方共赢。本文简要阐述当前职业院校校企合作发展现状，分析职业教育校企合作中存在的问题，并具体研究校企合作的措施。

Discussion on Problems and Promotion Measures in School-enterprise Cooperation in Vocational Education

AbstractAt this stage， with the development of social economy， the demand for talents has changed significantly， and the demand forapplied and skilledtalents isincreasing.Underthisbackground，vocational educationhas beguntoreceive extensive attention， and our government is also increasing its efforts to support the development of vocational education. The talent training mode of vocational education requires students not only to have a certain theoretical knowledge foundation， but also to have practical skills， so as to better meet the needs ofsocial employment andhelp students achieve better employment. From the development of vocational education at this stage， school enterprise cooperationis the main way for vocational colleges to cultivate applied and skilled talents. Through the joint participation of schools and enterprises， we can better grasp the employment needs of the market， so as to cultivate the talents needed by enterprises and realize the win-win situation of vocational colleges， enterprises and students. This paper briefly expounds the current situation of school enterprise cooperation in vocational colleges， analyzes the problems existing in school enterprise cooperation in vocational education， and studies the measures of school enterprise cooperation.

当前，我国职业教育蓬勃发展，而校企合作也逐渐成为职业院校培养人才的主要模式之一，这极大地推动了职业教育的发展，对完善我国职业教育体系产生了积极影响。然而在职业教育校企合作中也存在一定的问题，包括专业与课程设置呈现盲目性、师资力量薄弱、事件教学条件不完善、企业参与的积极性不足以及校企合作深度、广度不足等。本文通过对当前职业教育校企合作现状进行分析，剖析存在的问题，具体提出动态化设置课程、加快教学改革、适当调整专业、完善实践教学条件以及加强对校企合作的指导等措施，从而有效提升企业参与校企合作模式的积极性，促进校企双方深入合作，进而实现职业院校、企业单位以及社会经济的可持续发展。……
