关于山西药茶产业现状及发展探讨

摘 要：山西独特的气候和生态环境为各种药用植物的生长提供了有利条件，这些药用植物不仅能够发挥药的功效，经过合理加工，还具有保健的功能，山西药茶应运而生。但如果仅将其作为经济作物，创收的难度较大。因此，山西药茶学会加大了制茶研究力度，并积极引进专业人才，经加工制成适合长期饮用的药茶。既让山西药茶走出了困境，又对当地农产品的深加工起到重要的引领作用，本文着重于研究山西药茶产业现状及发展。

Discussion on Present Situation and Development of Shanxi Medicinal Tea Industry

Abstract： The unique climate and ecological environment of Shanxi provides favorable conditions for the growth of various medicinal plants. These medicinal plants can not only play the effect of drugs， but also have the function of health care. Shanxi medicinal tea has emerged at the historic moment.But if it is only used as a cash crop， it is more difficult to generate income.Therefore， Shanxi Pharmaceutical Tea Association has strengthened the research on tea making， and actively introduced professional talents， and has been processed to make medicinal tea suitable for long-term drinking.It not only makes Shanxi medicinal tea get out of the difficulties， but also plays an important leading role in the deep processing of local agricultural products. This paper focuses on studying the current situation and development of Shanxi pharmaceutical tea industry.

藥茶是一种带有保健功效的茶剂，是将植物的叶、花、实、根等经过切制和净选后，用开水冲泡饮用，或将其做成传统的中药药剂，即将单味或小复方中药材作为主要的原料，配合使用茶叶，经过工艺技术加工后，制作为多种剂型，如粗末、茶袋或茶块状等。山西药茶是一种饮品，冲泡的方式类似于茶叶。从2019年开始，当地政府将山西药茶作为培育重点，将其作为农产品精深加工，随着山西药茶产业发展领导小组的建立，以及政策上的扶持，山西药茶高质量方向发展，对当地的脱贫工作和乡村振兴起到一定的促进作用。

1 山西药茶产业现状

1.1 产业布局

山西省所在地域有独特的气候环境，各种天然生物物种在这里孕育，可谓是中药材的宝库，而且这些生物物种还具有食用价值。山西省近年来中药材种植面积已经超过20万hm2，各种药茶加工原料，如连翘、党参、沙棘、黄……
