新形势下加强医院收费电子信息化控制分析及对策

[摘    要]就目前医院的内部控制制度而言，希望确保单位财务系统安全手段有效实施，在新形势下建立具有保障性的单位财务安全管理系统，并融入大量电子信息化控制技术机制。文章主要探讨在新形势下加强医院收费电子信息化控制的若干技术方法，结合加强医院收费内部控制审计的重要作用，医院在传统环境下门诊收费内部控制制度中存在的问题，以及信息化环境下加强医院门诊收费内部控制制度的对策展开全面分析，希望医院收费模式能够适应当前社会新形势发展，为社会大众提供更优质医疗服务内容。

[Abstract]In terms of the current hospital internal control system， it hopes to ensure the effective implementation of the safety means of the unit financial system， establish a guaranteed unit financial safety management system under the new situation， and integrate a large number of electronic information control technology mechanisms. This paper mainly discusses some technical methods to strengthen the electronic information control of hospital charges under the new situation， comprehensively analyzes the important role of strengthening the internal control audit of hospital charges， the problems existing in the internal control system of outpatient charges in the traditional environment， and the countermeasures to strengthen the internal control system of hospital outpatient charges under the information environment， It is hoped that the hospital charging model can adapt to the development of the current new social situation and provide more high-quality medical services for the public.

內部控制制度指实现业务活动流程相关规范成效，保证资金资产流动过程安全推进，确保财会系统设计应用更为严密精确，在单位内部设立一个具有控制职能的庞大系统，确保信息技术应用范围越来越广泛。即，就是要相对独立设置一个具有控制职能的医院内部控制制度系统，结合信息技术应用范围也来越广这一现实状况打造深刻变革机制，改变传统环境背景下医院门诊收费部门的内部控制制度与缺陷。在此情况下，需要深度认知传统环境背景下的医院门诊收费内部控制制度问题缺陷，深入研究新环境背景下的医院收费控制制度缺陷问题。
