认识计量检测技术 搞好质量技术监督

摘要：随着经济的持续发展，市场竞争日趋激烈，企业要想在激烈的竞争中占据优势需要首先保证好质量，质量是企业在市场竞争中的制胜法宝。企业要想获得稳定发展，需要将计量检测技术应用好，以便更好地衡量和检验产品质量，确保质量监督工作的顺利进行。质量技术监督的重要手段之一就是计量检测技术，分析和应用计量检测技术具有积极的理论和现实意义。

Abstract： With the continuous development of the economy， the market competition is increasingly fierce. If enterprises want to occupy an advantage in the fierce competition， they need to ensure good quality first. Quality is the magic weapon for enterprises to win in the market competition. In order to get stable development， enterprises need to make good use of metrological testing technology in order to better measure and test the quality of products and ensure the smooth progress of quality supervision. One of the important means of quality and technical supervision is metrological testing technology. Analysis and application of metrological testing technology has positive theoretical and practical significance.

計量检测技术被广泛应用于我国的各行各业中，它具备先进的方法理念和先进的设备，检测水平高，在质量技术监督方面的应用效果最为显著。企业应用计量检测技术，可以将自身的产品质量和市场竞争力提高，让企业树立起更具口碑的品牌形象。此外，我国的质量技术监督水平据此能得以提高，市场可以得到更加规范化的建设，对我国生产力的提升具有积极的意义。

1关于计量和计量工作相关概念

1.1计量概念

量值准确和单位统一是计量包括的两个方面，所谓的单位统一指的是用一个统一的标准定量来描述自然界的量值。量值准确指的是真值与量值测量结果具备接近性。计量的核心是用来描述测量的不确定性，一般来说，计量包括了3个方面的内容，即研究、监督、管理计量技术。

1.2计量工作

计量工作并没有从表面上看起来那么轻松，它在具体的工作中程序十分繁琐。首先，国家对计量工作有着一定的法律法规，对于这些法律法规应必须坚决落实好，同时还要据此制定好计量工作计划，用来确保工作的顺利进行，严格执行好该计划。……
