宫腔镜下子宫内膜电切术对子宫内膜疾病的治疗效果及复发率分析

【摘 要】目的：分析在子宫内膜疾病患者治疗期间采用宫腔镜下子宫内膜电切术所取得的临床价值。方法：在2020年1月至2021年8月期间医院收治的子宫内膜疾病患者中随机选取67例分为两组，其中，对照组采用宫腔镜下刮匙定点刮除术进行治疗，研究组采用宫腔镜下子宫内膜电切术进行治疗，对比患者临床治疗效果。结果：研究组治疗有效率高于对照组；经治疗，患者月经量均有所减少，且研究组少于对照组；研究组复发率低于对照组；研究组治疗满意度高于对照组，以（P<0.05），证明患者差异存在统计价值。结论：对于子宫内膜疾病患者而言，通过宫腔镜下子宫内膜电切术的应用，有利于实现患者治疗效果的提升，对于患者预后健康的恢复具有积极价值。

Analysis of the therapeutic effect and recurrence rate of endometrial resection under hysteroscope for endometrial diseases

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the clinical value of hysteroscopic endometrial resection during the treatment of patients with endometrial diseases. Methods： From January 2020 to August 2021， 67 patients with endometrial disease were randomly selected and divided into two groups. The control group was treated with hysteroscopic curette curettage， and the study group was treated with hysteroscopic endometrial resection. The clinical therapeutic effects were compared. Results： The effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group. After treatment， the menstrual volume of the patients decreased， and the study group was less than the control group. The recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group. The treatment satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group， with（P<0.05）， which proved the statistical value of patient differences. Conclusions： For patients with endometrial diseases， the application of hysteroscopic endometrial resection is beneficial to the improvement of the treatment effect of patients， and has positive value for the recovery of patients’ prognosis and health.

醫疗人员指出，作为女性重要的生理结构之一，子宫对于其健康具有重要的影响。在临床过程中，作为妇产科常见疾病，子宫内膜疾病往往可导致患者子宫功能出现异常，若不能及时进行治疗，则往往可导致患者出现月经失调、阴道出血以及腹部不适等问题，严重者甚至可能诱发子宫内膜癌，继而危及患者生命安全[1]。基于此，积极做好对于患者治疗模式的探索已经成为当前我国妇产科医疗人员所面临的重点问题。在这一问题上，近年来，通过宫腔镜设备的合理应用，部分医疗人员指出，通过宫腔镜下子宫内膜电切术的合理开展，有利于实现患者子宫内膜疾病治疗效果的全面提升[2]。……
