药物流产不全清宫后服用屈螺酮炔雌醇片的临床疗效评价

【摘 要】目的：研究分析在药物流产不全的情况下，清宫后再来让患者口服屈螺酮炔雌醇片之后的医治效果评估。方法：选择2019年10月至2020年10月期间前来我院就诊并在我院接受医治的药物流产不全患者50例作为这次的研究对象。我根据医治方法将他们一共分为两组，分别实施其它西药医治的25例为常规西药组，实施口服屈螺酮炔雌醇片医治的另25例为屈螺酮组。结果：服用了屈螺酮炔雌醇片的患者的治疗有效率要比服用了其它西药的患者要好很多。结论：屈螺酮组的治疗效果要比常规西药组的好很多。

Clinical evaluation of drospironeethinylestradiol tablets after incomplete medical abortion

【Abstract】Objective：To study and analyze the treatment effect evaluation of patients with incomplete drug abortion taking orally drospironeethinylestradiol tablets after palace cleaning.Methods：50 patients with incomplete drug abortion who came to our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 and received treatment in our hospital were selected as the research object. I divided them into two groups according to the treatment methods. 25 cases treated with other Western medicine were the conventional western medicine group， and the other 25 cases treated with oral drospironeethinylestradiol tablets were the drospirone group. Results：The effective rate of patients taking drospironeethinylestradiol tablets was much better than that of patients taking other Western Medicine. Conclusion：The therapeutic effect of drospirone group is much better than that of conventional western medicine group.

近幾年以来，随着社会的不断发展，人们的观念也发生了很大的变化，特别是在年轻人身上就体现得非常明显，有的女孩在还没有准备好做一名合格的母亲的时候，就早早地怀上了自己孩子，到最后很多人就选择了流产。流产分为药物流产和人工流产，其中药物流产，存在流产不全的情况，清宫对子宫伤害相对较大，因此术后要注意护理。很多女性因为害怕手术，选择药物进行流产，但是成功率也是比较低的，如果流产不干净，还是要进行手术清宫，手术是为了去除残留的胚胎组织，如果没有及时清除，不但会导致妇科病，也会影响术后的身体恢复，甚至影响下次怀孕。近些年来，在医学界人们发现屈螺酮炔雌醇片用于医治药物流产不全方面取得了比较不错的临床效果。……
