清热通淋方治疗儿童泌尿道感染疗效观察

【摘 要】目的：研究清热通淋方对儿童泌尿道感染进行治疗的效果。方法：设2019年5月至2021年5月期间主要用头孢他啶输液治疗的37例泌尿道感染患儿为对照组，另将同期到我院经中药清热通淋方联合用头孢他啶输液治疗的43例泌尿道感染患儿作为观察组。对两组患儿经不同治疗后的治疗效果和尿常规临床症状好转时间等进行统计比较。结果：①经过治疗之后观察组患儿的治疗有效率明显比对照组更高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；②经过治疗之后观察组患儿3d内尿常规和临床症状恢复正常、好转的人数明显比对照组多，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：通过清热通淋方对儿童泌尿道感染患儿进行治疗可以显著地提升治疗的有效率，并促进患儿临床症状的恢复，值得推荐。

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Qingre Tonglin Decoction in Treating Urinary Tract Infection in Children

【Abstract】Objective： To study the effect of Qingre Tonglin Decoction on children with urinary tract infection. Methods： From May 2019 to May 2021， 37 children with urinary tract infection who were mainly treated with ceftazidime infusion were set as the control group， and 43 children with urinary tract infection who were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Qingretonglin decoction combined with ceftazidime infusion in the same period were set as the observation group in our hospital. Statistical comparisons were made between the two groups of children after different treatments for the treatment effect and the time to improve the clinical symptoms of urinary routine. Results： ①After treatment， the treatment efficiency of children in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）； ②After treatment， the number of children in the observation group who returned to normal and improved in urine routine and clinical symptoms within 3 days was significantly more than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment of children with urinary tract infections by Qingre Tonglin Decoction can significantly improve the effectiveness of treatment and promote the recovery of children’s clinical symptoms. It is worth recommending.

因為儿童的泌尿系统还处于发育阶段，其输尿管弯曲，管壁肌肉和弹力纤维发育都不成熟，且免疫能力达不到成年人的标准，所以很容易出现症状性泌尿道感染等情况[1]。泌尿道感染在中医系统中属于“淋症”的范畴，儿童临床多见热淋证，所以中医认为[2]对泌尿道感染进行治疗时要本着清热通淋的原则。所以本文研究将清热通淋方应用在儿童泌尿道感染的治疗中，并分析所取得的效果，具体见如下。

1.1 一般资料
