腔镜器械细节化管理提高手术护理配合质量的效果评价

【摘 要】目的：评价腔镜器械细节化管理对于提升手术室护理配合质量的有效性。方法：采用随机分组的方式将我院收治的需要实施腔镜手术治疗的87例患者分成两组，针对参照组43例患者实施基础性的护理管理，针对研究组44例患者实施腔镜器械细节化管理，分析两组的护理管理质量水平。结果：管理后研究组的手术护理配合质量评分、护理满意度评分均高于参照组，且腔镜手术时间也相比参照组缩短，上述组间数据存在较为显著的差异（P<0.05）。结论：在手术护理配合中实施腔镜器械细节化管理的有效性较为显著，能减少手术配合中不良事件的发生，提高手术护理配合质量水平，缩短手术时间，促进患者预后。

Evaluation on the effect of detailed management of endoscopic instruments on improving the quality of surgical nursing cooperation

【Abstract】Objective：To evaluate the effectiveness of detailed management of endoscopic instruments in improving the quality of nursing cooperation in the operating room.Methods：87 patients who needed endoscopic surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. 43 patients in the reference group implemented basic nursing management， and 44 patients in the study group implemented detailed management of endoscopic instruments. The quality of nursing management in the two groups was analyzed.Results： After management， the scores of surgical nursing cooperation quality and nursing satisfaction in the study group were higher than those in the reference group， and the endoscopic operation time was shorter than that in the reference group. There was a significant difference between the above groups（P<0.05）. Conclusion： The implementation of detailed management of endoscopic instruments in surgical nursing cooperation is effective， which can reduce the occurrence of adverse events， improve the quality of surgical nursing cooperation， shorten the operation time and promote the prognosis of patients.

隨着腔镜技术的发展及应用，现阶段的临床诊断和治疗过程中越来越重视腔镜手术的开展与实施，现阶段大多数医院尤其是基层医院在开展腔镜手术治疗的过程中由于各种因素的影响会导致出现手术护理配合度较低的现象，不仅延长了手术操作时间，还极易导致各类不良事件的发生，不利于患者预后及腔镜手术效果的提高[1-2]。因此，在腔镜手术操作的过程中配合有效的护理措施显得尤为重要。本研究中我院针对收治的需要实施腔镜手术治疗的患者87例展开了护理对比的分析，报道结果如下。
