细节管理在血液透析中心院感质控中的应用价值

【摘 要】目的：探讨细节管理在血液透析中心院感质控中的应用价值。方法：选取2018年6月至2020年12月我院的120例血液透析患者，随机分成两组。对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取细节管理。结果：观察组的导管感染率、透析并发症发生率、再住院率、内瘘闭塞率明显低于对照组，数据之间均在显著性差异（P<0.05），护理满意度和穿刺成功率明显高于对照组，数据之间均在显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论：细节管理在血液透析中心院感质控中能够降低患者的并发症发生率和感染率，提高护理满意度和穿刺成功率，在促进患者康复方面具有积极作用。

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the application value of detail management in the quality control of hospital sensation in hemodialysis centers.Methods：A total of 120 hemodialysis patients in our hospital from June 2018 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group took routine care， and the observation group took detailed management.Results：The catheter infection rate， dialysis complication rate， rehospitalization rate， and internal fistula occlusion rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group， and there were significant differences between the data（P<0.05）， and the nursing satisfaction and puncture success rate were significantly higher In the control group，there are significant differences between the data （P<0.05）.Conclusion：Detailed management can reduce the incidence of complications and infection rate of patients in the quality control of hospital feeling in hemodialysis centers， improve nursing satisfaction and puncture success rate， and play a positive role in promoting patient recovery.

近些年来，血液透析中心的医院感染事件屡有报道，如何有效保证医疗安全以及提高医疗质量、控制以及预防由于血液透析引起的医源性感染是一个值得重视和探讨的问题[1]。加强血液透析中心的医院感染管理，对于减少并发症以及预防医院感染具有重要的临床意义。在感染管理重点环节、危险因素和重点流程中常常容易忽略一些细节。细节管理能够有效减少工作纰漏，提高工作质量。本文选取2018年6月至2020年12月我院的120例血液透析患者，随机分成两组。对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取细节管理，主要探讨细节管理在血液透析中心院感质控中的应用价值，报道如下。
