视觉训练系统治疗屈光性弱视的效果及对双眼视功能的作用

【摘 要】目的：探讨视觉训练系统治疗屈光性弱视的效果及对双眼视功能的作用。方法：选取100例自2018年1月至2021年12月在我院治疗的屈光性弱视患儿，所有患儿被分为两组，研究组和对照组。研究组51例，进行视觉训练系统治疗，对照组49例，进行常规治疗，比较两组患儿的视力水平、治疗效果、不良反应。结果：相比对照组，研究组患儿治疗有效率更高（P<0.05）。相比于对照组，研究组患儿视力水平改善更明显（P<0.05）。两组患儿的不良反应发生率没有显著差异（P>0.05）。结论：视觉训练系统治疗屈光性弱视的效果佳，可以改善双眼视功能，并且对眼睛造成的不良反应少，安全性高，有临床应用价值。

Effect of visual training system on refractive amblyopia and binocular visual function

【Abstract】Objective： To investigate the effect of visual training system on refractive amblyopia and binocular visual function. Methods： 100 children with refractive amblyopia treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2021 were selected. All children were divided into two groups， a study group and a control group. 51 cases in the study group were treated with visual training system. 49 cases in the control group were treated with routine treatment. The visual acuity，therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results： Compared with the control group， the treatment effective rate of the study group was higher（P<0.05）. Compared with the control group， the improvement of visual acuity in the study group was more obvious（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P>0.05）.Conclusion： The visual training system is effective in the treatment of refractive amblyopia， can improve binocular visual function， and has less adverse reactions to the eyes， high safety and clinical value.

屈光性弱視是指在视觉发育过程中，由于各种原因导致视觉细胞缺乏有效刺激，使单眼或双眼获得最佳矫正视力，低于同龄正常人[1]。通常是单眼的，但也会发生在两侧，根据病史、视功能及伴随性眼部病变可做出诊断[2]。本研究选取100例自2018年1月至2021年12月在我院治疗的屈光性弱视患儿，所有患儿被分为两组，研究组和对照组。研究组51例，进行视觉训练系统治疗，对照组49例，进行常规治疗，探讨视觉训练系统治疗屈光性弱视的效果及对双眼视功能的作用。

1.1 一般资料

2018年1月至2021年12月，选100例屈光性弱视患儿，研究组51例，对照组49例，两组患儿临床资料进行统计学分析，结果显示差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），见表1。
