血液标本临床检验不合格的原因和对策分析

【摘 要】目的：分析对血液标本进行检验时，导致出现检验不合格的原因，并在此基础上针对相关预防性措施进行探讨。方法：研究目标全部选择血液标本，将2020年8月800份标本作为对照组，同时将2021年8月800份标本作为观察组研究。标本检验时，对照组利用常规的取血和保存方式。观察组检验时，针对出现检验不合格的原因进行分析，并采用针对性的措施，将取血和保存方法进行改善，进行完善后展开血液标本检验工作。结果：针对两组血液标本的检验不合格率进行对比，观察组明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：探讨分析血液标本检验不合格因素，具体主要和送检时间较长、抗凝不全以及凝血等因素有关。通过分析各种因素，将相应的预防措施制定出来，可让检验不合格情况得到有效避免，使不合格率显著降低。

Causes and Countermeasures of unqualified clinical examination of blood samples

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the causes of unqualified blood samples， and to explore the relevant preventive measures. Methods： All blood samples were selected as the research objective.800 samples in August 2020 were used as the control group， and 800 samples in August 2021 were used as the observation group. During specimen examination， the control group used routine blood collection and preservation methods. During the inspection of the observation group， the causes of unqualified inspection were analyzed， and targeted measures were taken to improve the blood collection and preservation methods. After improvement， the blood sample inspection was carried out. Results： According to the comparison of the unqualified rate of blood samples between the two groups， the observation group was significantly better than the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion： To explore and analyze the unqualified factors of blood samples， which are mainly related to the long time of submission， incomplete anticoagulation and coagulation. Through the analysis of various factors and the formulation of corresponding preventive measures， the unqualified inspection can be effectively avoided and the unqualified rate can be significantly reduced.

现阶段我国医学科技发展较为迅猛，临床中诊治各种类型疾病时，在此过程中实验室检验具有重要价值。在生物体液中，血液标本属于常采用的一种，通过血液检验结果，可让患者的临床诊治得到一定指导。医生对各种疾病进行判别诊断时，血液检测精准性会对其产生一定影响，为了可以让实验数据的精准度和可靠性进一步得到保证，对于医院来说，必须对临床检验质量进行有效控制，将检验质量不断提高。另外对于标本质量控制来说，在整个检验工作中，属于一项重要内容，对其原因进行分析，主要因为各种实验室操作并不会影响标本，如果检验时标本质量不达标，就算应用了最为先进的设备和手段，最后产生的结果，依然不具備较高的可信性。……
