探讨建筑施工企业财务共享服务模式下的成本控制

【摘  要】在建筑施工企业发展中对项目的成本进行控制是非常必要的。项目管理会受不同因素的影响，导致实际的财务成本控制受到制约。论文就财务共享服务模式下建筑施工企业的成本控制进行探讨，阐述了财务共享服务模式的概况，并对建筑施工企业成本控制中存在的问题以及解决方法进行分析和研究，以期为相关财务人员提供参考借鉴。

【Abstract】In the development of construction enterprises， it is essential to control the cost of the project. Project management can be influenced by different factors， which leads to constraints in actual financial cost control. The paper discusses the cost control of construction enterprises under the financial shared service mode， describes the overview of the financial shared service mode， and analyzes and studies the problems existing in cost control of construction enterprises and the solutions， with a view to providing references for relevant financial personnel.

1 引言

建筑行业的快速发展为施工单位带来了更多的机遇和挑战，为提高企业的经济利益，应加强对施工项目的管理，同时，对项目进行成本控制，实现降低成本、提高经济效益的目标。在项目施工中，管理工作会受到不同程度的影响，为保证成本核算和控制水平，应推广财务共享服务模式，使财务的信息更加透明、完整，便于进行管理和控制，提高实际的财务管理效果。

2 财务共享服务模式概述

财务共享服务模式是一种较为新型的财务管理的方式，在应用的过程中需要构建财务共享中心，在企业的不同项目中设置相应的办事处，同时，设定统一的业务管理模式，該办事处能够自动地将财务工作以标准的规范结构进行制定，避免发生财务工作的重复，有效地提高财务计算管理的工作效率[1]。目前，该模式在我国正处于发展中的阶段，其在财务管理中具有一定的优势。
