高职汽修专业理实一体化教学体系的构建与实践

摘 要：随着我国社会的不断发展，企业信息化水平不断提高，社会对专业型人才的需求量越来越大。对于高职院校来说，传统的人才培养模式已经不能满足新时代对人才的需求。为了推动我国高职院校汽修专业人才的培养，推动高职院校的教学成效，提升高职院校人才培养质量，促进高职汽修专业学生的就业率，我国高职院校汽修专业开展了理实一体化教学体系，为了更好的提高高职院校汽修专业教学质量，为社会培育出集理论与实践为一体的实用性技术人才，高职院校应该加强汽修专业理实一体化教学体系的构建力度，提升理实一体化教学的应用价值，对高职院校的发展具有重要意义。本文针对高职院校汽修专业理实一体化教学中遇到的问题进行分析，探讨理实一体化教学体系在高职汽修专业的构建和应用策略。

The Construction and Practice of an Integrated Teaching System of Theory and Practice for Auto Repair Specialty in Higher Vocational Education

Abstract：With the continuous development of our society and the continuous improvement of enterprise informatization level， the society's demand for professional talents is increasing. For higher vocational colleges， the traditional talent training model can no longer meet the demand for talents in the new era. In order to promote the training of auto repair professionals in higher vocational colleges， promote the teaching effectiveness of higher vocational colleges， improve the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges， and promote the employment rate of students majoring in auto repair in higher vocational colleges， auto repair in higher vocational colleges has developed an integrated teaching system of theory and practice. In order to better improve the teaching quality of auto repair majors in higher vocational colleges and cultivate practical technical talents that integrate theory and practice for the society， higher vocational colleges should strengthen the construction of the integrated teaching system of theory and practice and the enhancement of the application value of integrated teaching of theory and practice are of great significance to the development of higher vocational colleges. This article analyzes the problems encountered in the integration of theory and practice in auto repair majors in higher vocational colleges， and discusses the construction and application strategies of the integration of theory and practice in higher vocational auto repair majors.

1 高職汽修专业实践教学存在的问题

随着科学技术的高速发展，我国汽车企业的维修技术不断转变，对高职院校的汽修专业教学来说具有重要挑战，高职院校汽修专业的教学必须积极更新教学资料，顺应时代的发展，及时对场地和设备进行更新，才能促进高职汽修专业学习的教学质量。在我国高职汽修专业的教学中，仍然存在这以下几个问题：

1.1 师资力量匮乏

在我国传统教育的长期影响下，我国高职院校的教师还遵循着传统的教育理念，这样的现状已经不能满足高职院校的教育需求。……
