“双元制”模式教学研究初探

摘 要：近些年来，我国引进德国“双元制”教学模式，使得我国汽车专业学校和企业的合作更上一层楼，因此对“双元制”职业教学模式结果的研究也在社会上引起关注。从三个方面来进行探究，分别是分析“双元制”职教发展概况，只有先了解什么是“双元制”、它发展如何，才能进一步熟知它的教学模式，二是德国“双元制”对我国高等职业教育发展的启发和作用，这是重中之重。三是德国“双元制”在汽车专业中的实践运用，引入一种模式之后必然在实践运用中才能证明是否正确。

A Preliminary Study on the Teaching of “Dual System” Mode

Abstract：In recent years， China has introduced the German "dual system" teaching model， which has made the cooperation between China's automotive professional schools and enterprises to a higher level. Therefore， the research on the results of the "dual system" vocational teaching model has also aroused the society attention. The article explores from three aspects， respectively， and analyzes the development of the "dual system" vocational education. Only by understanding what the "dual system" is and how it develops can its teaching mode be familiarized. The second is the German "dual system". The enlightenment and effect of "system" on the development of higher vocational education in our country is the top priority. The third is the practical application of the German "dual system" in the automotive industry. The model can be proved correct in practice.

“双元制”是由德国引进来的技术，所谓的“双元”模式也就是学校和企业相结合的一种新型教学模式，它在德国的职业教育领域中起着不可比拟的作用，带动了德国经济的快速发展，因此我国在改革开放推行社会主义市场经济时以睿智远大的目光将德国“双元制”引入到中国市场。最突出的表现是我国一些高职院校将“双元制”教学模式引入中国之际带动了我国的职业教育模式的改革。如果我们想要将德国“双元制”恰到好处地运用到汽车专业领域中，并让它发挥一种特别大的制衡力量，就要先了解德国“双元制”职业教育的大概发展概况和它对我国高等职业教育的影响，并且在了解之后发现它对我国汽车专业产生启发后在实践中的运用。

1 德国“双元制”职教发展概况

德国双元制职业教育，因为带领德国达到了前所未有的生产和教育的完美结合，所以德国处于世界领先地位并举世瞩目，生产和教育的结合也就意味着知识运用于实践，实践取得了成果。……
