以案例教学为核心的“四位一体”混合模式在农业硕士教学中的应用

摘    要：以案例为核心的“四位一体”混合教学模式集合了理论教学、讨论式教学和实践教学等多种教学方法，有助于丰富农业硕士研究生培养中原有的教学体系和教学内容。本研究以农村发展领域硕士研究生的培养为例，设计了“四位一体”混合教学模式的实施策略，为其在农业硕士研究生教育教学中的应用提供参考。

The Application of Case-centered "Quaternity" Mixed Teaching Model in the Teaching of Agricultural Postgraduates —— Taking the Field of Rural Development as an Example

Abstract： The case-centered "Quaternity" mixed teaching model integrates various teaching methods such as theory teaching， discussion teaching and practice teaching， etc.， which is helpful to to enrich the original teaching system and teaching content in the cultivation of agricultural postgraduates. Taking the cultivation of postgraduates in the field of rural development as an example， this paper designed the implementing strategy of the "Quaternity" mixed teaching model， which provided reference for its application in the education of agricultural postgraduates.

當前，我国正处于农村社会经济快速发展时期，在计划经济向市场经济、传统农业经营形式向现代农业经营形式的转型过程中，农村发展面临着经济、政治、环境、社会等多方面的问题。在转型期，我国农村、农业的发展亟须具备扎实的理论基础与实践能力的高级复合型管理应用人才，这对农业硕士（农村发展领域）研究生的培养提出了新的要求。农村发展领域进一步要求该专业的研究生能够了解我国农村区域发展的现状及趋势，具备农业经济学、农村公共管理学、农村公共政策分析、农村社会学等理论基础，掌握科学的社会调查和数理统计方法，拥有阅读和综述农村发展领域的中外文文献与科技论文写作的能力，能够综合运用农村发展领域的理论、方法和工具，对农村实际问题进行分析和应对，具有独立承担农村发展领域实际工作的专业水平。由此可见，农业硕士（农村发展领域）研究生的培养更注重综合性和实践性。……
