基于DEMATEL的森林火灾影响因素研究

摘要 采用DEMATEL方法对森林火灾影响因素进行识别分析，结果表明：人为因素在森林火灾发生时起着核心作用;加强防火宣传，注重防火队伍建设，加强林区经济投入是做好森林防火最直接有效的措施;加快对气候因素和植被因素的科学研究，为森林火灾的预测提供科学依据，进而更好地保护生态环境。

Abstract We used the method of DEMATEL to identify and analyze the influencing factors of forest fires.The results showed that human factors played a key role in the occurrence of forest fires.The most direct and effective measures for forest fires prevention are to strengthen fire prevention propaganda，pay attention to fire prevention team construction，and strengthen economic investment in forest areas.Accelerate the scientific research on climate factors and vegetation factors to provide scientific basis for forest fires prediction and better protect the ecological environment.

人类文明进程中，火是重要发明之一，一旦有了火灾，便会酿成灾害，进而对人民生命财产安全、自然资源造成威胁和破坏，对森林生态系统也有着重要影响，因此对森林火灾的预测研究显得非常重要，国内外学者对森林火灾的影响因素一直在不断研究和探索。1988年，美国开发了“国家最新火险等级预报系统”，此系统是定性预报到定量预报的转折，考虑了气象、可燃物含水量以及地形等因子的影响[1]。 加拿大于1987年开发了“加拿大森林火险等级系统”，构建了森林可燃物含水率模型[2-3]。基于马卡什的野外火灾点示范试验，澳大利亚于1966年提出了可预测草原火灾的草地火险模型，以及可预测森林火灾的森林火灾风险等级标准[4-5]。我国森林火灾影响因素研究以及预测预报相对薄弱，主要在美国、加拿大等森林火灾风险研究基础上，根据我国的环境及气象等特征开展研究，多因子相关概率法主要应用在东北伊春林区[6-7]。……
