基于OBE理念下的人才培养模式的研究与实践

摘要：面向当前对创新型、应用型、复合型工程科技人才的需求，高校的重要任务就是要培养具有可持续竞争力的综合型、复合型人才，而如何才能培养出这样的人才呢？于是高校的人才培养模式面临着巨大的改革需求。

基于OBE理念下，以软件工程专业为例，采取以企业人才的需求为导向目标，人才培养的要求不再是传统的、单一的知识体系。基于OBE的人才培养模式是一种多学科、多实践的复合型，既要横向增加信息互联网要求，又要纵向延展系统集成的、甚至管理科学的能力要求，最终形成了一个人才培养的多元立体的复合空间。通过开展校企合作，课程建设，师资队伍建设，校内外综合考核等联合培养模式，对高等教育的人才培养模式进行了深入的研究与实践。

Abstract： Facing the current demand for innovative， applied and compound engineering and technological talents， the important task of colleges and universities is to cultivate comprehensive and compound talents with sustainable competitiveness， but how to cultivate such talents？ Therefore， the talent cultivation mode of colleges and universities is facing a huge demand for reform.

Based on the concept of OBE， taking the software engineering major as an example， taking the demand of enterprise talents as the guidance goal， the requirement of talent cultivation is no longer a traditional and single knowledge system， but a multi-subjects and multi-practice compound type. The talent cultivation mode based on OBE is a kind of multi-disciplinary and multi practice compound type. It not only needs to increase the requirements of information internet horizontally， but also extends the ability requirements of system integration and even management science vertically. Finally， it forms a multi-dimensional compound space for talent cultivation. Through the joint talent cultivation mode of school enterprise cooperation， curriculum construction， construction of teacher's team， comprehensive assessment inside and outside the college， the talent cultivation mode of higher education is deeply studied and practiced.

1 引言

OBE（Outcome based education），即“成果导向教育”，亦称目标导向教育或需求导向教育，是指教学设计和教学实施的目标是学生通过教育过程最后所取得的学习成果。自1981年Spady等人提出后，OBE理念和方法被公认为是追求卓越教育的有效方法，受到世界各国著名大学的重视。作为国际化程度最高、體系最完整的本科工程教育国际互认协议——《华盛顿协议》（Washington Accord），全面接受了OBE理念并将其融入工程教育专业认证中。2013年6月，中国加入《华盛顿协议》，2016年6月，中国成为《华盛顿协议》正式成员，这意味着中国工程教育认证结果将在《华盛顿协议》正式签约国和地区实现互认。……
